As a Client Success Associate (CSA), you'll start the exciting journey of learning what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS company. This entry level position is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates looking for their first professional role in technology, or professionals looking to get into the exciting world of Customer Success. You'll be shadowing and supporting Client Success Managers as they work to onboard, train and consult the world's largest brands in their Search Experience Optimization efforts using our industry-leading Enterprise platform, seoClarity. The exposure you gain will help prepare you for managing and growing your personal portfolio of clients as a Client Success Manager.

A day in the life:

* Learn about our company, our customers, our product and our culture through a robust schedule of in-person, on-demand and company-wide training


* Shadow our Technical Services, Product, Marketing, Sales and Professional Services teams to learn every angle of our holistic approach


* Grow a deep understanding of our Customer Journey, each milestone and the intended Client Outcomes every step of the way


* Attend live client calls, user training and platform demo's to learn our five-star approach to customer success


* Participate in weekly presentation sessions with peers and management for ongoing constructive feedback and soft-skill development


* Flex your marketing skills by contributing to our company blog, helping with industry research, and working to nurture critical client relationships through email campaign management and survey creation


* Become an Excel and Google Analytics expert through custom data projects, supporting some of our largest enterprise customers


* Build your project management, time management and administrative organization skills by using a handful of platforms to document and maintain critical customer activity

Starting Salary for this position: $50,000 per year

This position is Hybrid, Working in Office 3 Days per Week

Requirements

* 4 year BA/BS degree


* Excellent Communication Skills; written and verbal


* Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Excel


* Comfortable presenting in front of an audience
