Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist - HCM Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Administer, integrate, configure, and maintain the Workday Core HR module
Collaborate with HRIT team and Core HR functional experts to meet production schedules
Analyze requirements for enhancements and recommend technical solutions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HCM with 6 years specifically in Workday HCM systems
4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field
Workday Pro - HCM Core Certification
Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
Experience with Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIB loads
