Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic Associate Instructional
Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update educational materials in line with Epic
changes
Complete tasks in learning-related project plans and support
deployment of new Epic functionality
Provide troubleshooting support for Credentialed Trainers and
end-users
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required, or 3 years of experience in lieu of a
degree
2 years of professional experience in Training, Information
Technology, or Healthcare operations, or 1-2 years in EHR
deployment
Must complete Instructional Design certification within 1 year in
the role
Current Credentialed Trainer in at least 1 Epic application
preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and e-learning platforms
