About The Role:

As a CBRE Americas Occupancy Planning Lead, you will lead the achievement of strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables for a client in the area of real estate strategy within the global region of the Americas. This role will manage direct reports in the region and will partner with global peers and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent occupancy planning strategy for a client in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement tailored workplace strategies and occupancy analysis that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate analytical occupancy planning skills, including creating stack plans and rebalancing neighborhoods.
  • Develop scenario modeling to analyze the impact of headcount changes on neighborhoods and sharing ratios.
  • Analyze and develop reports based on disparate data sources, including portfolio and occupancy dashboards.
  • Develop regular reports to review attendance and utilization data with key partners.
  • Articulate occupancy risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate space rationalization and develop strategies to optimize the client's portfolio.
  • Contribute occupancy and portfolio-related knowledge during strategy development and presentations.
  • Identify and tackle sophisticated technical and operational problems.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve complex business challenges and drive critical initiatives.
  • Innovate and introduce new methodologies and standards to enhance workplace efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a data management strategy and maintain data integrity via a governance program.
  • Lead a high-performing team to meet occupancy planning objectives aligned with client goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, facilitating training, performance evaluations, and career growth.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, influencing others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
    • Experience in workplace strategy and change management strongly preferred.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
    • Experience in staff management, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and retention strategies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate critical and sophisticated information to various audiences.
    • Leadership capabilities to drive team performance in achieving organizational goals.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and showcases outstanding interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Americas Occupancy Planning Lead position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
