Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for the
Digestive Institute.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient intake processes, including registration and
insurance verification
Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures while managing patient
documentation
Provide administrative support and optimize patient experience
through effective communication
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Three or more years of experience in a hospital or medical
office
Knowledge of medical terminology and payer contract terms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in common office software and hospital software for
patient management
