Associate, Risk Governance with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Chicago, Illinois. Manage all aspects of identifying issues, such as Technology Incidents, Operation Incidents, and Control Gap/Weakness, which can lead to actual or potential consumer harm or pose material reputational, regulatory, or financial risk to the Firm; issue identification entails root cause analysis, scoping, impact analysis, remediation, containment, resolution, reporting, including collaboration with issue owners, aggregation of issues across the business, and facilitation of executive reporting (systemic or manual) related to the Goldman Sachs Consumer Product. Partner with other business units and support teams to remediate issues and assist with implementation of corrective actions related to control failures and non-compliance with policies and procedures. Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Risk management, Business, Finance, Information Technology and Management or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion; experience building reports and presentations using the Microsoft tool suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledgeable in collecting, organizing and managing data to support business proficiency, productivity and decision making; knowledge of data analysis techniques, including data manipulation, aggregation and summarization to derive actionable insight; proficiency in Data Visualization Tool, Tableau. Skilled in designing and creating easy-to-read and communicate visualizations for quantitative and qualitative business performance analysis; and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot table, VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot charts.
