Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and tools to
resolve client needs efficiently
Maintain documentation of client interactions and manage high
volumes of tasks
Provide excellent client service, assist with onboarding, and
resolve client requests
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related
field, or a combination of education and experience
Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong
plus
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused service role
Ability to multi-task effectively
