You'll also be part of a community that promotes long-term success, not just for clients but for each other.Our client is looking for a dedicated UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 2 years experience to craft supremely usable, aesthetically appealing, responsive, and holistic digital user experiences. With hands-on experience, our ideal candidate will utilize the latest user research, synthesis, and validation techniques to define a results-driven strategy that meets all business and user requirements. They will then execute a best-in-class visual design in collaboration with UX Designers, Strategists, Product Managers, and the client themselves. This will include interactions, prototypes, and design documentation to ensure this is engineer-ready.Candidates must provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of techniques and processes.Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of UX / UI experience designing for eCommerce and/or enterprise clients
• An online portfolio or case study that demonstrates a solid understanding of both UI techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with Figma
• Familiarity with the Agile project methodology
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentThe hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $40.00 to $58.00/hr.
