You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client's digital vision and strategy to life.As a Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will lead and manage the delivery of cutting-edge technology transformation projects and programs. You will play a pivotal role in aligning these initiatives with organizational strategy to achieve desired outcomes, providing assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality.Your key responsibilities

• Effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management.
• Engagement in continuous process improvement and identification of innovative solutions through research, analysis, and best practices.
• Management of professional employees or supervision of others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
• Meeting performance objectives and metrics set locally, including client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, and teaming.
• Regular travel as needed by external clients.Skills and attributes for success

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams in planning, execution, and closure.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and leading specific RFP responses.
• Working with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Consulting market.
• Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms.
• Teaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances.
• Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
• Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree), Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
  • 5 more years of experience with GE Proficy suite of applications.
  • Manufacturing industry experience with MES business requirements analysis and specifications, system design, application software configuration, development, testing, commissioning and support for MES and other manufacturing shopfloor platforms.
  • Understanding of various methodologies and standards required for project controls.
  • Prior experience developing, implementing and conducting user and administration training as part of the installation process.
  • Experience providing detailed and complex root-cause analysis support and maintenance to systems hardware and software as required.
  • Experience in preparing written reports and technical evaluations, functional specifications, technical documents, proposals and other assignments as required.
  • Independent knowledge, skills and experience in computer programming, database design, and software configuration.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.
