Your work will require you to have highly developed expertise in project management, architectural design, and technical knowledge. This management-level role provides the opportunity to pursue professional growth while contributing to one of the Midwest's largest workplace design teams.The Role Priorities

• Manage the clients, project staff and consultants through the project process on multiple complex projects.
• Utilize operational management tools including workload forecasting, resource planning and project team development.
• Manage and Develop project documents as per client, regulatory and industry standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, including identifying and recruiting high quality staff with leadership potential.
• Create and foster relationships with keys clients, while managing client expectations.
• Maintain project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Apply interpersonal communication skills to build strong working relationships, resolve conflicts and motivate the project team.
• Collaborate across other disciplines with internal and external team members.
• Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition.Skills + Qualifications
  • A professional, accredited degree in Architecture is preferred, along with 10+ years' experience and professional registration.
  • Experience with workplace projects and clients highly desired
  • Expert knowledge in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino)
  • Demonstrated project management and staff leadership success
