OverviewThe RoleAs the plumbing install manager, you will work
as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity,
efficiency, and profitability for the drains, sewer sales, and
excavation teams. You will manage staff and exceed customer
expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installation
jobs, every time.Reports ToPlumbing General
ManagerResponsibilities
- Manage, direct, coordinate, and control drain technicians,
camera technicians, and installation teams.
- Implement general policies for the department that streamline
performance and day-to-day operations.
- Train department personnel and ensure that all meet or exceed
performance guidelines and compliance with all company policies and
procedures.
- Keep in constant contact with the install coordinator regarding
any updates on jobs so that they can contact the customer.
- Ensure all materials are in the shop or set up prior to or at
the end of the day of installation and/or delivered on site for
each job.
- Responsible for OSHA documentation and safety meetings. Ensure
all tailgate meetings are being done as per OSHA requirements.
- Maintain and update information on the install tracking
board.
- Responsible for any adjustments on install invoices.
- Continue to carry out the owner's vision of the company
culture, specifically focusing on teamwork, honest and open
communication with team members, ethics, and integrity.
- Ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds OSHA
regulations and standards.The job description doesn't imply an

- 3+ years Management/Supervisory experience required (Home
Services, Sales Manager, Construction Management, or Military
Leadership experience)
- 3+ years' experience managing revenue, budgeting, and/or
P&L required
- Leader in current field of work
- Skilled Trades and/or Residential Services experience a
plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis, and develop

- General Managers typically earn $80,000 - $100,000 in their
first year, with financial upside as the business grows
