Who They Are
Our client has been a major specialty piping supplier in the commercial HVAC industry since the 1950s! They are currently looking for an early-level Production Manager with a few years of experience in a leadership capacity in a metal shop or metal-based product.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement production plans and strategies
Supervise and manage the production team
Monitor and analyze production data
Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement initiatives to promote a safe working environmentWhat You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production, quality, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and people skills
