Senior Growth Marketing Analyst, you are the driving force behind
our strategic measurement plans and making pivotal recommendations,
shaping the future of our campaigns and business outcomes. You
demonstrate understanding of marketing pipelines and have a strong
analytical and insightful mindset to construct hypotheses. This is
a high-impact role that requires a unique blend of strategic
thinking, experimentation, creativity, data-driven decision-making,
reporting and collaboration with cross-functional
teams.Responsibilities
- Develop a clear and disciplined reporting protocol to ensure
that clients are acquired sustainably and profitably. This includes
the whole spectrum of "growth health metrics" from forecast
development to campaign analysis and optimization, ROI analysis,
and first-/last/multi-touch attribution reporting by channel.
- Own conversion rate optimization, exploring improvements across
the full buying funnel.
- Create dashboards/reports via Looker Studio/Salesforce to
measure and report on marketing campaigns.
- Connect spend and data pipelines from different ad sources like
LinkedIn ads, Google ads and 6sense to one summarizing
dashboard.
- Create and own weekly/monthly/quarterly performance
reporting.
- Dive deep into the data to form high-conviction hypotheses for
testing.
- Identify the right mix of marketing channels, activities and
programs to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly
pipeline goals.
- Measure all marketing output, including paid ad programs,
events, sponsored content, etc. and ensure that all investments are
delivering a desirable ROI.
- Synthesize multiple data points to provide actionable insights
that lead to iteration of forward-thinking campaigns that capture
new audiences and re-engage existing ones.
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report trends on campaign
performances.
- Leverage insights to drive experiments and growth
(website/landing page views, etc.).
- Own analytics initiatives to measure the impact of all
marketing activity.
- Build digestible reports that prove results and surface new
insights.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or data
analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience using analytics tools to drive
business insights using Excel, Google Analytics and
SQL/R/Python.
- At least 3 years of experience presenting data findings through
visualizations like charts, graphs via Salesforce and BI data
analysis tools.
- Thorough understanding of lead lifecycle management and
reporting in Salesforce-based environments.
- Experience conducting in-depth analysis to uncover trends,
patterns, and insights that guide marketing strategies and
decision-making.
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, normalization,
and transformation.
- Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and
interdependencies in a resourceful, organized, and structured
way.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline
- Additional experience with Looker Studio and Revsure a
plus
- Experience in B2B, Salesforce, Google Ads or Account-Based
Marketing a plus.
- Experience working in hyper-growth and scaled tech
companies.
- A self-starter who desires to discover trends and find
