seeking an experienced Sales Operations & Revenue Analyst to
support the Sales Operations team and play a crucial role in sales
incentive program management, performance reporting, and strategic
initiative execution. This role requires collaboration with
business leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to
enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

- Process and manage sales incentive programs with accuracy and
efficiency.
- Audit and maintain sales territory alignments, goals, and
compensation statements.
- Ensure compliance with incentive program policies and
facilitate issue resolution.
- Work closely with Finance and HR to optimize incentive program
workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with key sales
metrics for leadership review.
- Monitor Salesforce.com reporting tools to ensure sales teams
have access to critical data.
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to
enhance sales performance and inform decision-making.
- Aid in the formulation and recording of uniform sales
operations guidelines.
- Evaluate and manage sales support tools to maximize operational
efficiency.
- Partner with the training team to ensure sales personnel are
proficient in key technologies.
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders and subject
matter experts to support key projects and initiatives.
- Provide analytical support and insights to facilitate sales
growth and operational improvements.Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales Operations or Sales
Effectiveness.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or supporting sales
incentive programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot,
advanced formulas).
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and CRM-based sales
reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large
datasets and extract key insights.
- Experience working with SQL to retrieve and manipulate
data.
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights
to senior leadership.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to
identifying operational efficiencies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet
