We are seeking a driven individual to serve as a Project Architect, responsible for all aspects of work on construction documents and team management for hotel and multi-family projects.SGW Architecture & Design is an acclaimed architecture, planning, and interior design firm. • Licensed architect with a Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture or in a related field (construction or engineering).
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs including: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling program, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Ajera.
• Eight to ten years of relevant project experience, with multi-family, mixed-use, and hotel projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to lead collaborative work in a team environment.
