We are currently seeking an outstanding CTRS for consultation to long-term care facilities in Chicago proper and in the metropolitan area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic person with interest/expertise in long-term care. We are looking for an individual invested in making a difference! Excellent teaching and communication skills are necessary. Expertise and familiarity with federal long-term care regulations (OBRA), the IDPH state standards, Subpart S (psychiatric standard) and the MDS+RAPs and care planning is required. Geriatric and psychiatric experience is necessary, as well as familiarity with the mentally ill substance abuser (MISA) client. The position requires travel within the city and suburbs.
