Join the Blue Bird Day team!Candidates should be eager to join a multi-disciplinary team of providers, collaborating to provide an individualized treatment approach that recognizes each child's individual needs and personality.Our ON-SITE Board Certified Behavior Analysts' (BCBA) Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, consistent and predictable scheduleLocation: 1233 West Adams St. Chicago, ILOur Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Day to Day:

• Daily case management tasks including supervision of RBT intervention.
• Direct and indirect ABA intervention.
• Complete daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
• Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Focus on the Following Interventions:
