SummaryCoordinate and oversee the development, maintenance, and
analysis of key measurements and other relevant data indicators,
risk factors, and service utilization data. Responsible for
moderate to complex data collection, analysis, interpretation, and
reporting. Respond to requests from Department/Bureau staff for
population data and reports. Provide advanced support and
assistance to one or more supervisors or professional staff
members.Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a
Bachelor's Degree or higher and
- Two (2) years of data analysis or directly related experience
or
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is
required.*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
without sponsorship.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other
Characteristics
- Skill in executing moderately complex data collection,
synthesis, analysis, reporting, and development of recommendations
to support functional area(s).
- Ability to provide support and collaborate with team members
and entry-level management to drive accuracy and precision in
analysis.
- Knowledge of procedural analytical practices to perform
moderate studies and continually adapt new methods.
- Skill utilizing data to affect process improvements with
measurable outcomes.
- Ability to edit and reformat written or electronic drafts;
transcribe reports, applicable analyses, legal proceedings,
contracts or similar material from voice tapes or handwritten
drafts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel,
PowerPoint, and Access.Physical Requirements:Sedentary Work
involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a
negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull,
or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of
the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of
