- This position requires a bachelor's degree in information
technologies or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of
experience in the field or related experience.
- 3+ years of business or systems analyses experience.
- 3+ years of experience with systems implementation including
configuration of application modules, process workflows, and
application-specific coding.
- Working knowledge of business processes related to higher
education and/or research.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are
required.
- Must be able to work as a team member in varied project
settings.
- Must be able to work independently with light direction from
team or project leads.
- Must be able to manage time commitments and meet
deadlines.Position Tasks
- Perform moderately complex system analyses necessary to
implement required application, system, or solution (30%).
- Configure, develop, and/or instantiate required applications,
systems or solutions (35%).
- Document and communicate application (or module) functional
specifications and revised solutions (15%).
- Assist in application/system testing and troubleshooting
(10%).
- Participate in functional unit, research, technical and staff
team meetings (5%).

Excel, Outlook, Visio, Teams).
- Ability to use Visual Code Studio and code repositories.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Experience with application query tools and report
writers.
