Job Description:

UKG / Kronos Techno-Functional Analyst:

• Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications (time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in UKG / Kronos).
• This role serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
• Support and manage time clock (time and attendance) infrastructure.
• Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems (must have experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations and rules, etc.).
• Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates.
