Job Description:

A company is looking for a Policy Inquiry Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
Research CMS and State websites to ensure client policies align with guidelines
Analyze client custom policies and report any potential incidents discovered during reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Typically requires 2 years of healthcare experience
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS coding, and medical terminology
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Professional ability to handle confidential information
