You will work alongside another Billing Specialist in the finance team on day-to-day activities which will include billing, rate maintenance, audits, support and customer interaction.Responsibilities

• Manage bi-monthly billing, draft/collection process
• Maintain rates and conduct rate audit and rate analysis to ensure billing accuracy.
• Research and resolve rate application issues and client questions.
• Conduct payment recognition and correct cash application, bulk credits when necessary.
• Billing and collections support for both clients and application users.
• Produce weekly and monthly AR aging.
• Monthly settlement process, calculation of Blume management fees and revenue/expense data for Asset Owners.
• Answer general client and customer questions.
• Analyze and process changes in information systems to support accurate and efficient billing process and monthly close.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as necessary.What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in billing/collections or account management or entry level accounting and finance
• The ability to have attention to the numbers while also possessing the personal skills to communicate and assist client's evolving needs
