of care in women's health?As a Lactation Consultant Care Specialist
(Part-Time), you'll work directly with our lactation consultant
(LC) partners to triage their requests and lead internal and LC
facing communications to resolve quickly. This position is critical
in ensuring our LC partners receive friendly, timely, and accurate
day-to-day support to manage their business as part of the TLN
community. You'll often be the first and, therefore, most
important, interaction our LC partners will associate with our
incredible brand.We are a small, tight-knit, purpose-driven
organization with aggressive growth goals in 2025 and beyond. We
don't have all the answers and we don't expect you to, either. We
do expect you to be curious.Breakdown of the rolePlease note: This
is a part-time role that we foresee covering some weekend and
evening (5:00pm+) hours. This may be a good fit for an individual
looking to supplement their income and add meaningful work to their
week in the process.
- Field, prioritize, and support partner issues (70%). LC
partners contact our consultant relations team for all sorts of
reasons. Often, our partners just need some advice or clarification
to point them in the right direction. In some cases, they need
hands-on support. Your job will be to field these requests and
resolve those you can yourself. For issues you cannot resolve
yourself, you will triage and work with cross functional teams to
inform and then ensure the LC partner reaches a resolution.
- Collaborate, enhance, and maintain our processes (15%). You
will proactively seek and take ownership of opportunities to evolve
our processes. We are a collaborative team that thrives when the
best ideas are brought forward.
- Cross functional support (15%). You will work with the larger
Lactation Consultant Relations team to support our needs in
communicating with our LC partners. You may be called on to share
experiences amongst LC partners to key stakeholders.What we expect

- Customer facing: 1+ year(s) working in a user or
customer-facing role - implementation, onboarding, customer
support. Experience with customer support ticketing systems is
ideal.

skills and be able to adjust quickly depending on the audience
you're addressing.
