The bank is searching for a who will facilitate decisions and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank.
Maintains and promotes a client service environment to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations.
Make credit decisions and recommendations following sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies and Procedures.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    
    • 
      
    • Acts timely, efficiently, and independently, taking ownership of client satisfaction.
      
    • Analyzes financial information, tax returns, credit bureau reports, and other related materials
      
    • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
      
    • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
      
    • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
      
    • Facilitates decision and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank.
      
    • Make credit decisions or recommendations following sound credit-granting principles and compliance with Bank Policies and Procedures
      
    • Minimizes BMO's risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies and procedures concerning lending decisions.
      
    • Partners with internal stakeholders for accurate, detailed client information.
      
    • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
      
    • With minimal oversight, perform collateral margining verification calculations to determine borrowing base availability
      
    • With minimal oversight, perform financial covenant compliance calculations within the assigned portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions and compliance with the loan agreement
      
    • Works mostly independently.
