Our client, a busy and growing Not-for-Profit Organization with
locations in Chicago near the Loop, Tinley Park, IL, Machesney
Park, IL, and Rockford, IL, is looking to hire experienced
full-time Autism Behavior Analysts. You must have at least 2 years
of experience specifically working with individuals with autism
spectrum disorders and/or related disabilities and co-occurring
challenging behaviors.
These are all full-time positions working Monday-Friday (8:30am to
3:30pm).

Job Responsibilities
As an Autism Behavior Analyst, you are the primary case manager for
all student behavior treatment plans.
You will complete written functional behavior assessments and
behavior evaluations and implement behavioral interventions for
student IEP's or behavior programs.
Complete and submit required reports; provide consultative support
to teachers, clinicians, and implementers in the area of behavior
management strategies.
Develop and update behavior intervention plans quarterly, for EDC
or AR meetings, and 30-day reviews and throughout the school year
as needed in collaboration with educational and clinical teams.
Develop emergency behavior treatment plans for students on caseload
as needed.
Monitor all behavior intervention plans for students on caseload on
an ongoing basis throughout the school year.
Conduct and document monthly check-in meetings with classrooms.
Implement and track school-wide reinforcement/positive behavior
support system linking classroom behaviors to a reward system.
Participate in IEP/FIE/30-day review meetings for students
throughout the school year.
Observe students in crisis and evaluate, provide recommendations,
and support.
Establish and maintain consistent communication with the
parents/guardians of students, school administration, and classroom
staff throughout the school year, and provide support
resources.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with
autism spectrum disorders and/or related disabilities and
co-occurring challenging behaviors
Master's Degree (or potential graduation date) in Applied Behavior
Analysis or a related field.
Must obtain or be willing to obtain national certification as a
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 3 years of
employment.
Working knowledge of Illinois State Board of Education guidelines
for behavioral intervention.
