Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II - Pega.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and document complex business processes and requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to implement Pega solutions
Conduct gap analysis and recommend automation opportunities while ensuring alignment with Pega best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst focused on Pega BPM/CRM platforms
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools
Understanding of business process modeling, data modeling, APIs, and system integration in Pega
Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification preferred
