Overview:Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Libertyville, ILSchedule: Full TimeCompensation: $72,000- $85,000Incentives:$10,000 sign on bonus and/or indefinite student loan helpRUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our fun, collaborative, multidisciplinary team! We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. Includes coaching and teaching skills.Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.Effective clinical problem solving skills (eg. identify and prioritize issues in responsive manner, develop and execute sound, innovative action plans, ensure appropriate results, etc.).Strong communication skills for accurate, concise, and organized oral and written presentations of information to patients and staff and referral sources.Computer skills for effective reporting including documentation, billing, payroll, note taking, etc.Requires the ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel, and outside agencies.Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and, at times, hostile people within an outpatient setting.Qualifications:Masters in Applied Behavior AnalysisMust be a Board Certified Behavior AnalystPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift.
