The Senior Analyst collaborates with their team and engagement leader on deliverable design and creation, data analysis, meeting preparation and documentation, and responding to client requests.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  • Supports requirements analysis and verification activities, ensuring that project requirements are clearly captured and documented, are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
  • Creates current and future state process maps.
  • Develops relevant business analysis and project management artifacts, such as status reports, project plans, process descriptions, issue, risk, and change logs, and other relevant work products.
  • Develops schedules and coordinates meetings and associated materials to facilitate team discussions.
  • Supports senior program and project team members in managing, tracking and resolving project issues, mitigating risks, and preparing project deliverables.
  • Owns the development and updates of one or more key deliverables in an engagement.
  • Delivers high quality client service delivery (CSD) to enable future business development opportunities.
  • Develops and shares their Point B story with their network (former colleagues, friends, family, etc.).
  • Supports business development activities, including writing project summaries/descriptions and updating resumes.
  • Contributes as a productive team member and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams.
  • Shares perspectives on opportunities for improvement with their team.
  • Actively pursues a diverse set of project experiences and development opportunities to increase understanding of Point B products, services, and offerings, and enhance skills and abilities with project management approaches and tools.
  • Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values.

  • B.A. or B.S. required.
  • 1.5 - 3 years of total experience; minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and/or business analysis experience.
  • Technology aptitude and experience desired.
  • Experience being an effective member of a team.
  • Consulting experience desired.

  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $68,500 - $110.500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
