Job Description:
Join our dynamic Talent and Learning Technologies team to
support Conagra's strategic employee development goals. You will
consult with partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness in
learning across our 40+ manufacturing locations and bring your
technical expertise to manage training content in our learning
platform for manufacturing sites.The Senior Learning Analyst,
reporting to the Manager of Talent and Learning Technologies within
the Talent Development team has responsibilities that consist of
systems administration and configurations, providing user support
through a self-service model, apply enhancements informed by user
feedback, engagement and adoption rates data, project management
and consulting on system capabilities and learning governance.This
is a hybrid role based in Omaha, NE or Chicago, IL.You Will:
- Manage system configurations, implement enhancements to our
manufacturing talent and learning platforms
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities and
challenges for improving the user experience and learning
outcomes
- Advance progress on project deliverables, gather and document
critical information, follow up to ensure milestones are met and
course correct
- Create and maintain system support documentation
- Enhance learning experiences through a continuous improvement
mindset
- Gather and summarize data to present ideas, insights and
demonstrate results to partners and leaders.
- Navigate new situations and make informed decisions.
- Travel to Conagra manufacturing locations on occasion, as part
of the onboarding to this role (less than 10% travel).You Have:
- Bachelor's degree required in learning and development, talent
management or HR.
- 5 years of professional experience in learning and development
technologies.
- Record of building collaborative relationships with colleagues
and leaders especially in geographically dispersed
locations.Currently, we require applicants for this role to be
legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring
employer sponsorship either now or in the future.Compensation:Pay
Range: $79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the
expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual
salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant
experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra
employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law
