Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Leader to oversee our fleet operations in Fort Worth, TX. The Fleet Leader will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring the timely delivery of goods, and maintaining the fleet vehicles in optimal condition.Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of fleet drivers
Develop and implement efficient routes for deliveries
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
Monitor fuel usage and implement cost-saving measures
Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during deliveriesRequirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
