advertising management platform to achieve better campaign results
and transparency while improving advertising efficiencies to
stimulate revenue growth.We are looking for a Product Team Analyst
to support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social
campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to: managing campaign structures, ensuring
proper tracking implementation, maintaining account performance,
and analyzing data to drive strategic recommendations.In order to
excel in this role, applicants should have experience managing Meta
campaigns, possess strong analytical capabilities, and be
comfortable working with tracking tools and marketing data. The
Product Team Analyst will play a critical role in delivering
accurate, well-performing paid campaigns and ensuring all client
data flows are tracked and validated.Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Facebook
and Instagram in alignment with client objectives and platform best
practices.
- Structure ad accounts and campaigns in Meta Business Manager
and Ads Manager, ensuring strategic audience segmentation and
budget alignment.
- Configure and verify Meta Pixel tracking, custom conversions,
and event tracking to ensure full-funnel data accuracy.
- Conduct weekly performance audits ("Lights On" checks) to
identify rejected ads, pacing issues, and tracking
discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot tracking and performance issues related to client
data systems and Meta support.
- Upload campaign assets (ad creative, copy, and audiences) and
ensure accuracy prior to launch.
- Monitor ad spend pacing and campaign performance to keep
delivery on track and within budget.
- Manage and validate incoming client data across tools such as
Salesforce and internal reporting systems.
- Complete and deliver structured performance reports, including
Executive Summaries with key insights and strategic
recommendations.
- Support client onboarding by configuring new accounts,
integrating tracking systems, and preparing analytics
documentation.
- Offboard accounts by deactivating campaigns and removing
payment methods when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
sprint cycles, reporting accuracy, and campaign
optimization.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a
related field.
- 1+ years of experience in paid social media advertising,
campaign execution, or digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Facebook
Pixel tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of campaign
performance metrics, pacing, and budget management.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and
other CRM or analytics platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage
multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, especially when
troubleshooting tracking issues or platform errors.
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to
translate data into actionable marketing strategies.Skills:
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution and digital
performance analysis.
- Advanced understanding of tracking systems and marketing
funnels.
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based optimization
strategies.
- Comfortable working with audience segmentation and marketing
