Illinois.Position Summary:Step into a leadership role where you can

other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA), youllbe responsible for developing and overseeing
individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists,
and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.You will
work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and
data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this
role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with
clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values

environment.Responsibilities:Provide direct/indirect BCBA
supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to casesDesign ABA
curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basisDevelop and
implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA
methodologiesClinically review reports and session notes on a
regular basisAnalyze ABA data to implement program adjustmentsWrite
reports summarizing data and progress for each client
supervisedRegularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA
strategiesCoordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality
outcomes for casesProvide parent and staff training in ABA
techniquesExcellent organizational skills with attention to
detailRequirements:BCBA certification given by the BACBExperience
