What You'll Do* Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.* Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.* Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.* Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:* 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)* Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication* Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC - controlled equipment.* Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems* Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)* Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.* Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.* Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.* High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
