Business Analyst to support Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives for global enterprise. The ideal candidate has a solid background in technology projects, foundational experience supporting GenAI projects, along with hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.



Role

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements for Generative AI use cases, translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs within Agile tools (Azure DevOps/JIRA).
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure timely delivery and alignment of GenAI project objectives.
Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to optimize workflows, ensuring the best use of generative AI technologies.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity of project scope and deliverables.



Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting technical projects in an Agile environment.
Proven track record of participating in 1-2 Generative AI solution implementations (RAG, LLMs, or similar).
Experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria for Agile product backlogs.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for backlog and project tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
