🚀 Your Role: Domestic LTL/FTL Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and driving domestic freight sales growth through LTL & FTL solutions. This is an outside sales, B2B role with unlimited earnings potential!

📊 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop new business & grow your customer base through prospecting & networking
✔ Sell domestic LTL/FTL freight solutions to businesses nationwide
✔ Manage existing accounts while continuously identifying new sales opportunities
✔ Negotiate contracts & pricing strategies to meet customer shipping needs
✔ Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service & follow-ups
✔ Collaborate with operations & customer service teams to ensure seamless execution

🎯 What We re Looking For:
✔ 2-5+ years of Domestic Freight Sales experience (LTL/FTL) with a Freight Forwarder
✔ A Book of Business? Huge Plus! (Not required but a major advantage)
✔ Hunter mentality competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
✔ Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work independently & close deals with decision-makers
