We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside--Sales Manager
to lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve
ambitious sales targets and business growth within the correctional
market.The Inside--Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Reps,
driving sales growth through new business acquisition and account
development. This role requires a strong leader who can mentor,
coach, and hold the team accountable for performance, while
promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. You will be
responsible for ensuring that the team effectively utilizes CRM
tools, follows the sales process, and sells the full range of
products and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive
sales experience, a proven ability to manage and develop teams, and
a deep understanding of the foodservice industry is a
plus.RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & CoachingLead, mentor, and
coach a team of Sales Reps to meet individual and team sales
targets.Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to review
performance, provide feedback, and create action plans for
improvement.Utilize various coaching techniques, such as
role-playing and problem-solving, to enhance skills and
effectiveness.Develop tailored coaching plans based on each rep's
strengths, challenges, and career development goals.Sales Strategy
& ExecutionCreate and implement strategies to expand market share
within existing accounts and uncover new business
opportunities.Ensure reps are selling the full portfolio of
products and services to maximize customer value.Hold reps
accountable for activity metrics and sales goals.Drive CRM usage to
manage relationships, track sales activities, and report on
performance.Sales Process & TrainingTrain and reinforce the
company's sales process, value proposition, and product
offerings.Refine the sales process to stay aligned with market
trends and customer needs.Provide ongoing sales training to ensure
reps are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales
techniques.Accountability & Performance ManagementMonitor and
report on sales performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are being
met.Hold reps accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and
team sales targets.Manage underperformance by developing
improvement plans and ensuring adherence to sales
metrics.Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with
marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment
on sales initiatives.Provide feedback from the field to improve
product offerings and customer-facing
processes.QUALIFICATIONSExperience5+ years of sales experience in
the foodservice equipment industry or a related field.At least 2
years of sales management experience, with a track record of
successfully coaching and leading teams.Proven success in achieving
sales targets and driving revenue growth.Skills &
CompetenciesStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building
abilities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build
strong relationships.Highly organized with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Experience with CRM software
(Workbooks) and strong data analysis skills.Ability to drive
results through strategic thinking and tactical
execution.EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,
