Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.The Junior Placement Broker will play a key role in running analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve their needs. This position involves working closely with senior colleagues to assist in negotiations and prepare proposals for new business opportunities.We will count on you to:

• Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
• Assist more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.
• Prepare proposal components for more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.What you need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience/internship.
  • Computer savvy, including MS Office (Word, Excel).What makes you stand out:
