As a pivotal member of the sales organization, the Inside Sales
Representative will generate new revenue opportunities and
cultivate lasting business partnerships. If you thrive in

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Full Truckload (FTL) business opportunities
throughout North America.
Proactively prospect and build a qualified sales pipeline through
heavy cold calling and targeted outreach initiatives.
Engage in heavy price and service negotiations with customers and
carriers, translating business opportunities into incremental
revenue.
Create and present quotes and sales proposals, collaborating with
internal stakeholders on pricing strategies, supplier selection,
and delivery timelines.
Cultivate existing accounts to retain relationships and increase
share of business through continuous engagement and value-driven
solutions.
Accurately manage and update customer and transaction data within
the company's operating systems.
Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work or
military experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and operate with a strong
sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment.
Proven direct sales experience with a track record of achieving or
exceeding performance targets.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly
establish rapport and grow a profitable book of business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a
collaborative, business-minded approach.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
