But we can't do it alone - you in?Job Summary:As a Group Account Director, Media Activation, you will lead client engagements, oversee strategic media initiatives, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for guiding clients through omnichannel media strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering collaboration across internal teams. Your expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical media, coupled with strong leadership skills, will be instrumental in delivering innovative and effective media programs.This is a hybrid role and will be based out of the New York City or Chicago office, with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 times a week.What you'll do:

  • Serve as a strategic account lead for key pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer health clients, managing, developing and executing high-impact media strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, including programmatic, social, search, display, and emerging channels.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including creative, analytics, and advertising teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering professional growth and ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory considerations to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Own financial management for assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients and supporting new client acquisitions.This position is a perfect fit for you if:

  • 10+ years of experience in media strategy and activation, managing accounts, within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
  • Deep expertise and technical proficiency in digital media, including programmatic, paid social, search, and emerging media channels.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel media campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities, capable of translating complex media concepts into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Proficiency in media analytics, measurement, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to dig into the data within and across platforms to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Competence to understand and recommend channel-specific and cross-channel optimizations to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Previous experience leading the development of future plans by analyzing past performance, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business objectives.Pay Range: $180,000.00-$215,000.This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
