Job DescriptionThe Associate Director, Supply Chain Development will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing multiple supply chain development projects and initiatives across the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that the supply chain strategies align with Kraft Heinz's broader business objectives and that projects deliver the intended commercial value and operational excellence.

• Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale supply chain projects, including new business commercialization, capacity expansion, and network optimization.
• Develop and champion new supply chain solutions to support business growth, margin enhancement, and manufacturing transformation.
• Drive the integration of best practices and continuous improvement processes across all projects and initiatives.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff, providing guidance on project management, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement.
