Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation &
Commercialization. The Associate Hygiene Product Manager is
responsible for supporting the development of new products or
existing products in the Farm Technologies Hygiene division,
including LAM & Japan regions.Responsibilities / Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support for projects that bring new products or
enhancement(s) from concept to launch
Assists in the preparation, submission and presentation of business
cases and forecasting models
Provide technical support and training to field sales staff.
Evaluate market trends and regularly conduct customer analysis
(SWOT)
Gain an understanding of the technical attributes and the
applications of GEA's FT's hygiene portfolio and ancillary
services, in the markets in which GEA operates.
Aids in the adaptation of technical information and application
knowledge into high-impact collateral marketing materials and
presentations.
Working closely with the Hygiene Technical Specialist, develop and
maintain a comprehensive database of competitive product offerings
and positioning.
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments/divisions.
REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
Possesses "Cow Sense."
Languages: Spanish is a plus; French is a plus
Highly organized and analytical, with strong attention to
detail
Innovative and results driven
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to influence decision-making processes with effective
communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal
authority
Ability to travel 20% of the time
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
B.S./B.A. in Animal/dairy Science or other technical field
required.
1 - 3 years of Product Management or Marketing is required.
Experience in dairy farm or food processing plant sanitation
preferred.
