Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Product Sr Manager to oversee
product development based on user needs and business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop team members, including conducting
performance evaluations and managing recruitment
Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and
ensure products meet user requirements
Collaborate with designers and engineers to create product roadmaps
and oversee the Agile process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 - 10 years of relevant
experience, or a combination of education and experience
Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
preferred
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and intermediate math skills for
financial calculations
