We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Strategy Director to lead strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative teams and drive impactful insights in the pharmaceutical market.Responsibilities

• Develop provocative insights that form the basis for creative strategies and actionable outputs.
• Create inspiring creative briefs and clear positioning statements.
• Lead client discovery sessions and workshops, moderating discussions to extract key takeaways.
• Participate actively in the annual brand planning process, identifying opportunities and driving strategy development.
• Contribute to the RFP process by identifying insights and shaping the narrative for prospective clients.
• Stay informed on marketplace trends and develop points of view to share with clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with account and creative teams.
• Conduct consumer trend analyses and present research findings to clients.Skills
• 15+ years of account planning experience, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy principles and customer journey development.
• Exceptional presentation and client management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in various research methodologies and qualitative research moderation.Preferred Skills
• Experience in strategic roles for rare disease marketing is a plus.
• Some consumer marketing experience is beneficial.
