Brookfield Asset Management LLC (Chicago, IL) seeks VP, Real
Estate Securities to cndct rsrch and finc'l anlys of real estate
companies & assets in the US & Asia Pacific.

field & 3yrs of exp in posi offrd or in a rltd role OR BS (US or
forgn equiv) in Busnss Admin, Finance, or a rltd field and 5yrs of
exp in pos offrd or in a rltd role.
All of the reqd exp must have incl'd exp w/ private real estate
asset mgmt or advsry; finc'l modlng; real estate or equity
invstmnt; condctng rsrch & finc'l anlys of real estate companies &
assets in Singapore and Asia Pacific; data anlytcs; & Argus, Excel,
Bloombrg, & Captl IQ.
Pos reqs travel (domstc & int'l) 20% of the time.
Salary: $160,000-$200,000/yr.
