As our PMO Director, you'll be at the helm of our project universe,
ensuring smooth sailing across initiatives, optimizing workflows,
and driving operational excellence.What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute the PMO's strategic vision, ensuring
alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Undertake process mapping, workflow optimization, and
value-stream mapping to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Lead the creation and management of project portfolio
governance, including risk, issue, and resource management.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of PMO processes and
methodologies that drive consistent and high-quality project
outcomes across the organization.
- Provide leadership in the delivery of strategic initiatives,
ensuring timely and effective execution in alignment with business
priorities.
- Oversee the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of project
performance, financials, and key metrics at the portfolio
level.
- Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to
ensure alignment between project priorities and organizational
goals.
- Champion continuous improvement, driving innovation and
improvements in project management processes, tools, and
standards.
- Develop high-level reporting frameworks that provide actionable
insights for senior leadership decision-making.
- Lead the management of resources, budgeting, forecasting, and
financial planning for PMO operations.
- Ensure the effective integration of technology, systems, and
tools to optimize project management performance and streamline
workflows.
- Drive the creation of a project management knowledge
repository, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge
sharing.
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and escalate issues as
necessary, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring
effective communication and alignment throughout the project
lifecycle.
- Ensure the proper training, mentorship, and career development
of PMO staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance

- $130,000 - $145,000 per year (depending on level of
experience)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,
Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience.
- At least 5 years of PMO leadership, with a track record of
successful project delivery in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in P3M governance, standards, and best
practices, with a strategic vision to continuously enhance
processes.
- In-depth experience with project management tools, financial
modeling, and portfolio management systems.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability
to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills, with the ability to drive change and lead through
influence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or
equivalent preferred; advanced certifications in project management
a plus.
- Six Sigma Yellow and/or Green Belt highly preferred.
- Strong experience in Google Workspace, ClickUp, HubSpot,
Microsoft Office Suite, or other related software.
