inclusive world.Job DescriptionManager II needed in Chicago, IL and
various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to design,
develop, enhance, customize, and integrate software
applications.Responsibilities
- Develop systems requirements and implement systems
strategy.
- Perform impact analysis of any code or design changes.
- Create data models, workflow designs, and integration
approaches.
- Install necessary software and customize software to clients'
unique requirements.
- Responsible for software-specific design and realization, as
well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical
and functional application management of client-specific
package-based solutions.
- Modify design as needed to maintain optimal application
performance.
- Monitor application performance and identify issues that impact
performance.
- Design and develop specifications for tracking applications for
end users.
- Resolve issues to ensure delivery of project. Coordinate with
application support team to eliminate recurring incidents and to
minimize the impact of incidents.Required Skills
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer
Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, or related field, plus
two (2) years of IT experience.
- Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with any one of
the following skill sets:
- SQL, Java, and Guidewire;
- HTML, CSS, and XML; OR
- JIRA, Oracle, and Jenkins.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will
accept three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus
three (3) years of IT experience.
- All experience may be acquired concurrently.
- Travel and relocation required.
- Domestic travel required as needed based on Capgemini's
business needs, including assigned project needs.
- Employees' relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the
US dependent on business needs.

their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is
$127,754.00 - $192,460.00 annually- depending on relevant
experience.This role may be eligible for other compensation
including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time
regular employees are eligible for paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to
eligible employees.
