Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Director to lead quality assurance
efforts for a cooperative action RPG.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end QA strategy for the game, supporting initial
releases and live content updates
Champion build quality and availability, ensuring proper testing
and communication on build readiness
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align testing
efforts with development priorities
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in QA for video games, including leadership
of QA for a shipped live service title
Experience managing QA for cross-platform titles, particularly on
Xbox and PC
Strong background in both pre-release and live game testing with
knowledge of live game operations
Demonstrated success managing remote QA teams and coordinating
across time zones
Proficient with test management tools, issue tracking systems, and
CI/CD pipelines
