Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical
Therapist for a travel job in Oak Brook, Illinois.Job Description &
Requirements
Patients are adult/geriatric general med/surg type patients.
Expectation is for 5-6 patient visits per day within coverage
area.
Candidate MUST HAVE:
- 2 years Home Health PT experience
- Master's Degree in PT
- active PT license (IL) and BLS (AHA)
- experience with adult and geriatric patients
- able to assist with ADL's and adaptive equipment
- valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and reliable
transportation
- able to effectively collaborate with other specialties (RN, OT,
Speech, etc.).
