Our Oracle Health Solution Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.Join Huron and shape the future of consulting!As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:

• Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health's Cerner system
• Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
• Provide insights on Oracle Health's Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
• Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completedRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • Expertise in the Oracle Health SurgiNet Anesthesia solution, with a comprehensive understanding of perioperative workflows and how anesthesia documentation integrates with surgical and nursing teams
  • Experience in configuring preoperative assessments, anesthesia plan documentation, medication tracking, and intraoperative monitoring
  • Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health Clinical solutions to client audiences
  • Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandatesThe estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
