Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is currently seeking an experienced and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor for our Outlets.Job Description: The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
• Ensure quality service is provided to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.Experience:
    • Must have experience in a supervisory position within restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service.
    • 2+ years of restaurant experience.
    • Bar experience preferred.
    • Fast casual restaurant experience preferred.
    • Weekend availability required.
